Journal policies

Open access policy: This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

Peer-review policy: The manuscript will be reviewed by two suitable experts in respective subject area. The reports of both the reviewers will be considered when deciding on acceptance/revision or rejection of a manuscript. Editor-In-Chief will make the final decision, based on reviewer’s comments.

Copyright policy: All the articles published in World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS)​ are distributed under a creative commons license. The journal allows the author(s) to hold the copyright of their work (all usages allowed except for commercial purpose).

Author self-archiving policy: The Journal allows the authors to self-archive pre-print, post-print and publisher’s version of the article in any OAI-compliant repository.

Plagiarism policy: The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.

Waiver policy: World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS)​ may grant the partial waiver in article processing charges to the authors those are unable to pay the APCs due to financial crisis.

  1. By making Initial or Final Submission I / We hereby represent and warrant that I / We agree to all the Terms and Policies of World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS).

  2. I / We hereby represent and warrant that I / We is / any Email received by or sent to World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS) will remain private and no content of it will be displayed / posted / shared in Print or Online media in any situation. World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS) is allowed to take required legal action against Me / Us if found doing so.

  3. I / We hereby represent and warrant that the paper is original and that I / We is / are the real author(s) of the paper, except for material that is clearly identified as to its original source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required.

  4. I / We are aware that World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS), www.wjaets.com is under process of registration with National Science Library India for ISSN (Online): xxxx-xxxx.

  5. I / We are aware that Impact Factor of World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS), www.wjaets.com currently do not have any Impact Factor

  6. I / We represent that I / We have taken the consent from our University / Institution / Employer / Project Guide / Supervisor / Research Committee before publishing our article with World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS).

  7. I / We represent that I / We have taken the consent from our Co Authors before publishing our article with World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS).

  8. I / We confirm that we are satisfied with Authenticity / Validity / Originality of World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS) and in case of refusal of our publication by our University / Institution / Employer / Project Guide / Supervisor / Research Committee, I / We will not ask for refund or pursue any legal action against said personalities or World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS), India for the same.

  9. I / We fully understand the Terms and Conditions / Policies given by World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS).

  10. I agree to pay *Post Publication Correction charges as mentioned on www.wjaets.com if these corrections are brought to notice or requested after 3 days of publication of the paper (One time request only).

  11. I / We accept that in case of any Copyright Infringement claim being filed and proven against my / our published article in future, then World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS), India have complete rights to remove my / our article from the index immediately without prior notice, and I / We will not ask for refund or pursue any legal action against said personalities or World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS), India for the same.

  12. Only I / We are responsible for impact / outcomes of this publication decision and I / We will not ask for refund or pursue any legal action against said personalities or World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS), India for the same.

  13. World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS) shall not take any accountability for the contents of articles published in the journal and all such liability shall lie with the author/s.

  14. The opinions expressed in the articles are exclusively of the author/s and World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS) may not agree with such opinions in part or in full. All the articles submitted for publication in World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS) are peer reviewed for genuineness, moral issues and effectiveness.

  • Terms and Conditions of World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS) have to be accepted by the Author during Initial Submission and Final Submission and also have to be accepted by duly signing Author Declaration Form. Author is already given ample time to consider publishing with us or not before making Payment or Final Submission. Journal performs all the process promptly and on time for which it has to pay the cost too and bear the expenses. Author may withdraw the paper and World Journal of Advanced Engineering Technology and Sciences (WJAETS) will have no objection if said withdrawn article is published somewhere else.

  • There will be no refund, If Author wish to cancel the publication with us after completing Payment but is yet to complete Final Submission.

  • No Refund will be issued if Author wish to cancel the publication with us after completing Payment and Final Submission / After Publication process is completed.
